Sales
Responsibilities:
* Making sales calls to potential customers.
* Managing all customer service and selling responsibilities within a given selling region.
* Updating daily activity information into a master database.
* Writing sales reports.
* Making oral presentations.
* Working sales shows and sales meetings which may include cooking and/or demonstrating specific products.
* Consistent communication and follow-up with National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors and District Sales Managers.
Requirements:
* One year previous lighting industry experience.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills.
* Creativity, efficiency, and strong information management skills.
* Strong presentation and relationship building skills.
* Able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Preferences:
* Computer skills (specifically, a working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer).
* Out going, aggressive personality.
